Biography Mr. Shaikh Rajesh Ali is an associate professor of Microbiology in Acharya Prafulla Chandra College of West Bengal State University, Kolkata. He has more than 17 years of teaching experience in undergraduate and postgraduate level of microbiology. He completes his graduation in microbiology from Vidyasagar university and masters from University of Calcutta. He completes his M.Phil. program from Vinayaka Mission University, Salem in Microbiology. He is currently working for Ph.D. degree in extracellular enzyme and related technology of microbial origin. He has years of research experience with Food Technology and Biochemical Engineering Dept. of Jadavpur University (JU); Microbiology and Biotechnology Department of Panskura Banamali College of Vidyasagar University (VU); Bose Institute, Kolkata; Bengal Institute of Technology of West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT), Microbiology Department of West Bengal State University (WBSU). He has numbers of research paper in different journal of national and international repute. He has been associated with several reputed conference and technical program across the nation. He is member of several state, national and international committees and associated with several industry as advisory.
