Biography Dr Milton Sarkar is Assistant Professor at the Department of English, APC College. He has also taught as a Guest Faculty at the University of Burdwan and Netaji Subhas Open University. He wrote his Ph.D. dissertation on the poetry of Philip Larkin and Ted Hughes. His area of interest is Post-Fifties British Poetry. Recipient of several academic distinctions, Sarkar has quite a few publications to his credit. He has also presented papers on platforms both national and international. ♣ Winner of three National Scholarships, one non-Govt. Scholarship, State-JRF, thirty two academic & other distinctions
